Questions people ask
What does the parcel look like?
We ask the supplier for plain outer packaging on every order, with no product names or imagery on the outside. We will publish photographs of an actual parcel once our first sample order arrives.
How long does delivery take?
Each product page shows its own estimate, taken from the supplier’s slowest quoted time plus three days of handling. Every parcel is tracked.
Can I return a product?
Faulty items are replaced or refunded in full. Because these are intimate products, change-of-mind returns are not accepted once the packaging has been opened. The returns page explains how to make a claim.
What appears on my statement?
Charges appear on your card or bank statement as “SP CN ONLINE”.
